Henry Ogun, also known as SoundMasterH1, is a certified and broadcast/sound engineer with over 12 years of experience in the radio broadcasting & IT industry. The graduate of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Heads the team that oversees complex electronic computer-based, optical and mechanical broadcasting systems at Diamond FM.

Henry Ogun also packages radio content that focus on development issues, and has over the years produced works for an exchange programme packaged for Radio Netherlands with its focus on developmental issues in Africa. His technical skills have also been lent to some award-winning entries recognized by the ICFJ; Amongst others. He is the audio/sound producer of the award-winning documentary titled “Ilorin: The Place Called Away.” which was recognized in the 2018 ICFJ Reporting on Climate and Migration in Nigeria.

His skills on station branding for Royal FM, where he worked, won the Nigerian broadcasters merit award as the best Radio imaging station (North Central) in 2013, got several other nominations in multiple categories in the same year, 2014, 2015, winning several other awards. He produced a total of five political tracks advocating for needed change for the then gubernatorial aspirant during the elections which led to his re-election same year. The tracks highlighted key democratic values and the strength of performance over popularity.

He recreated a montage theme (Instrumental) for the Kwara state television station; Kwara TV; which broadcasts to about 4 million viewers.

When he is not working, Henry loves watching football, producing and listening to music.
