This was part of the resolutions of the House after considering Motion on Notice titled Need to Checkmate Indiscriminate Relocation of Motor Parks to Roadsides in Ilorin Metropolis moved by lawmaker representing Eesa Sawo-Igbodun Constituency, Mr Waheed Gbenga during today’s plenary

Some of the lawmakers in their reactions were worried that no single major road in the state capital is spared by commercial vehicle operators
Reading the resolutions of the House, Speaker, Engineer Yakubu Danlad-Salihu directed Local Government Councils to exercise control over motor parks by ensuring commercial vehicle operators are restricted to places designated for the purpose and officially allocated to the
Engineer Salihu therefore called on the populace to always patronize boarding vehicles only on designated motor parks across Ilorin Metropolis for obvious security reasons
