The immediate past Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico, Mr. Adejare Bello, has said the All Progressives Congress in the state will work hard and ensure it regain power lost to the incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party in the next governorship poll.

Bello, an indigene of Ede, in Osun State, spoke at a reception organised for him in his hometown by the APC leadership and his supporters, to formally receive him back to the state on Thursday after completing his assignment in the Latin American nation.

In Bello’s speech obtained on Friday, the ex-Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, who charged Adeleke to ensure development of all sectors in the state, said the incumbent may not be reelected for another term in 2026.
