The Obidient Movement has demanded a comprehensive breakdown of the expenses incurred during President Bola Tinubu’s month-long stay in France, alleging that the cost could have funded 20 primary healthcare centres and 100 ambulances.
The group made the demand in a statement issued by its Media and Communications Directorate on Wednesday.
The movement cited reported accommodation costs at The Peninsula Paris, alongside expenses for aircraft operations, security, transportation and feeding, but the figures remain claims by the group rather than an independently verified total.
The group also called on the Presidency to disclose the outcomes and specific benefits of the trip, including any agreements, investments or commitments secured.
