The Oyo State Police Command has declared that it has started investigation into the alleged attack on some Muslims by soldiers and a pastor in Iseyin.

This is according to a short statement made available to news men during a press conference by the Public Relations Officer of the command, Adewale Osifeso.

According to reports gathered, one of the victims, Mr. Abdulazeez Suleiman and his wives and other Muslims wounded and injured during last week’s Eid Adha festival.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), also in a statement through its Oyo State branch Ambassador, Mallam Ibrahim Agunbiade, has tasked the security operatives in the state to arrest the suspects without further delay.
