Renowned Prophet Sam Olu Alo Planter Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain World-wide, has urged the Nigeria security agents to fish out the killers of two traditional rulers—the Onimojo of Imojo Ekiti, Oba Olatunde Samuel Olusola, and the Elesun of Esun Ekiti, Oba David Babatunde Ogunsola, killed in an ambush by armed men while returning from a meeting in Ekiti state.

Irked by the incident, Alo in a statement by his PA, Hon Deji Ogunbusuyi on Tuesday called for concerted efforts from everybody to unmasked killers.

His words: “It is more worrisome that it happened at a time when the government is tackling various security issues and threats to lives and property.

“My heart goes out to the people of Ekiti, especially the victims and their families over their avoidable losses”.

Alo also commiserated with the families and people of Imojo and Esun Ekiti in Oye and Ikole Local Government Areas over the death of their monarchs on Monday.

Describing the Monday incidents as cruel and worrisome, prophet Alo said it was saddening that some agents of darkness are keen on endangering the peaceful status of Ekiti state and creating undue fear and tension.

The statement reads in part; “the gruesome murder of these Royal fathers are condemnable, unacceptable, barbaric and painful despite government and Council of  traditional rulers efforts at ensuring lives and properties of citizens are well protected from marauders. Those that carried out this heinous act must be unmasked to face the full wrath of law and to serve as deterrent to others.

“I pray God grant the deceased eternal rest ; gives their families, communities and Ekiti state the fortitude to bear this colossal lost. God will expose the killers of these reverend kings.”

The Cleric, who described the deceased monarchs as proactive and passionate about their subjects’ well-being, stressed that the duo were naturally endowed in all areas of human endeavors, saying they would be sorely missed. Alo wished Alara of Ara–Ekiti, Oba Adebayo Fatoba God’s divine protection.
